Please follow the recommended care instructions, as pieces damaged as a result of over-washing them, or broken as a result of general wear, mistreatment, or incorrect garment care, are not considered faulty and therefore will not receive a replacement or refund. In the unlikely case that you receive a garment that you believe is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item for an assessment of the situation. We will ask you to provide us with a brief description of the problem and additional photos clearly displaying the issue.
