International Standard Shipping times: Between 15-20 business days

We ship worldwide, however, if you can’t find your country of residence on the checkout, don't hesitate to get in touch with us to make arrangements for your destination country.

Tracking Number

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. Please make sure you check your spam folder.

Lost Items

All domestic and international orders require a signature on delivery.
Please note, that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Once the order shows as being delivered we are unable to collect additional information from our shipping partners. We use the Australia Post service, Lost or stolen postage is not common but in case it happens, we are unable to be held responsible for it.
